A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Good questions. Clear answers.
Can I use either service on its own?+
Yes. You can enquire about forecasting, property management, or both. The scope is agreed around the support you need.
Which properties do you work with?+
Our focus is property in England. Tell us the location, type of property and what you need; we will discuss whether AYQ is the right fit and confirm service availability.
Are forecast outcomes guaranteed?+
No. Forecasts are scenarios based on data and assumptions, not promises. Changes in market conditions, costs or occupancy can change outcomes. The website example is a simple illustration, not a market prediction or valuation.
How are fees agreed?+
Tell us about your property and the service you are interested in. The proposed scope, fees and responsibilities will be set out before you commit.
What should I share in my enquiry?+
A town or postcode area, the number and type of properties, and a short outline of your goals are enough to start. Please do not include tenant details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
